La Guerra in Ucraina è l'atto violento dello sconvolgimento della politica che aveva ordinato e governato il mondo alla fine dello scorso secolo.

Un conflitto che inizia ancora solo debolmente a scuotere le coscienze ma che svela in modo chiarissimo come la superficialità del presidio collettivo al valore democratico della libertà occidentale ha smesso di essere efficace alle luci dell'alba del terzo millennio. La società 'liquida' della fine '900 è diventata 'gassosa' negli anni '20 del 2000 ed l'antagonismo populista testimonia come la virtualità "social" e la definizione data dalla AI ai contenuti della 'bolla iper-reale" consentono di 'fare surf' sulle opinione della 'gente' ormai diventata "ex-popolo".

La Guerra in Ucraina entra nella sua fase più cruenta con l'invasione russa del 24 Febbraio 2022 ed è quella la data che cambierà il mondo che avevamo conosciuto perché è quello il momento in cui la politica autocratica che anima il populismo nazionalista impatta con tutta la sua forza ed evidenza mediatica sulla vita quotidiana delle persone rivelando un'incredibile ed apparentemente definitiva capacità mistificatoria. L'invasione diventa una "Operazione Speciale Militare" per 'de-nazistificare' la nazione più estesa d'Europa, i massacri di Bucha ed Irpin vengono attribuiti sul web di tutto il mondo alle vittime e non ai carnefici, i bombardamenti deliberati delle case civili sono definiti 'errori della contraerea' ed così, con gli algoritmi sofisticatissimi dei servizi segreti applicati alla "guerra ibrida", chi domina il Web condiziona con la suadente narrazione iper-reale della AI i pensieri di un'umanità consumista distratta e colpevole perché dal suo sonno sono sorti i mostri stessi che la divoreranno.

"Pace in Atto Unico" è un'ipotesi analitica che la divisione di Scientific Intelligence della GIPP inauditamente pubblica durante la sua stessa scrittura per creare un percorso aperto ai contributi dei lettori che abbiano voglia e forza di affrontarne il viaggio storico e concettuale. Groupe de Intervention et de Protection (de Police) cerca di offrire un punto di vista ovvero informazioni più o meno organizzate in un rapporto che articoli con lo scorrere dei capitoli un ragionamento che coroni la formulazione di un'ipotesi di Pace che tocchi le vere cause della Guerra. Cause che stanno, molto probabilmente, nella zona oscura tra istituzioni e "potere" e che rivelano come l'Ucraina e la Russia non siano propriamente 'solo' paesi dell'est europeo ma, soprattutto, vere e proprie realtà di un "mondo a parte", un mondo fatto di ciò che è diventata l'ex-Unione Sovietica, un mondo che non è e non sarà (mai) "democratico".

La Pace non si trova usando le categorie di una politica che non esiste più, perché la Guerra in Ucraina mistifica nella propaganda nazionalista le sue vere cause.

La Guerra in Ucraina non è il conflitto (epocale?) tra Democrazia e Autocrazia (neofascismo o neo-nazionalsocialismo populista) ma il conflitto di interessi tra due oligarchie dagli interessi confliggenti che si scontrano trascinando nella difesa a mano armata dei loro interessi miliardari l'Unione Europea, da una parte, e BRICS dall'altra.

L'unica costante con il passato in questa prima cera guerra ideologica del 'terzo millennio' è ciò che di valido resta dell'analisi classista della vecchia politica: i ricchi sempre più ricchi ordinano la guerra ed i poveri la combattono pagandola con gli averi, i figli ed il sangue.

The War in Ukraine is the violent act of the upheaval of the politics that had ordered and governed the world at the end of the last century.

A conflict that is still only weakly beginning to shake consciences but which reveals very clearly how the superficiality of the collective defense of the democratic value of Western freedom has ceased to be effective at the dawn of the third millennium. The 'liquid' society of the late 1900s became 'gaseous' in the 2020s and populist antagonism shows how "social" virtuality and the definition given by AI to the contents of the 'hyper-real bubble' allow us to 'surf' on the opinions of the 'people' who have now become "ex-people".

The War in Ukraine enters its bloodiest phase with the Russian invasion of February 24, 2022 and that is the date that will change the world we had known because that is the moment in which the autocratic politics that animates nationalist populism impacts with all its force and media evidence on people's daily lives, revealing an incredible and apparently definitive mystifying capacity. The invasion becomes a "Special Military Operation" to 'de-Nazistify' the largest nation in Europe, the massacres of Bucha and Irpin are attributed on the web all over the world to the victims and not to the executioners, the deliberate bombings of civilian homes are defined as 'anti-aircraft errors' and so, with the highly sophisticated algorithms of the secret services applied to "hybrid warfare", those who dominate the Web condition with the persuasive hyper-real narration of AI the thoughts of a distracted and guilty consumerist humanity because from its sleep have arisen the very monsters that will devour it.

"Peace in a Single Act" is an analytical hypothesis that the Scientific Intelligence division of the GIPP unheard of publishes during its very writing to create a path open to the contributions of readers who have the desire and strength to undertake its historical and conceptual journey. Groupe de Intervention et de Protection (de Police) tries to offer a point of view or more or less organized information in a report that articulates with the flow of the chapters a reasoning that crowns the formulation of a hypothesis of Peace that touches on the real causes of the War. Causes that are, most likely, in the dark area between institutions and "power" and that reveal how Ukraine and Russia are not really 'just' Eastern European countries but, above all, real realities of a "world apart", a world made of what the former Soviet Union has become, a world that is not and will not (never) be "democratic".

Peace cannot be found using the categories of a politics that no longer exists, because the War in Ukraine mystifies its true causes in nationalist propaganda.

The War in Ukraine is not the (epochal?) conflict between Democracy and Autocracy (neo-fascism or populist neo-national socialism) but the conflict of interests between two oligarchies with conflicting interests that clash, dragging the European Union, on one side, and BRICS, on the other, into the armed defense of their billion-dollar interests.

The only constant with the past in this first ideological war of the 'third millennium' is what remains of the valid class analysis of the old politics: the rich, ever richer, order the war and the poor fight it, paying for it with their assets, their children and their blood.
