The fight against poverty cannot be a simple isolated action but requires a complex analysis and the concrete development of specific actions, starting with the financial revolution that frees money by making it "people's currency".
The WPF has dedicated a whole year to create an action plan for Bissau but valid for most of Western Africa and donates it to governments, parties and associations interested in an intervention that uses advanced tools to fight against need and that create at the same time results in terms of economy and development with low public investment.

La lotta alla povertà non può essere una semplice azione isolata ma richiede un'analisi complessa e lo sviluppo concreto di azioni specifiche, a cominciare dalla rivoluzione finanziaria che liberi il denaro rendendolo "moneta del popolo".

La lutte contre la pauvreté ne peut être une simple action isolée mais nécessite une analyse complexe et le développement concret d'actions spécifiques, à commencer par la révolution financière qui libère l'argent en en faisant "la monnaie du peuple".
La WPF a consacré une année entière à créer un plan d'action pour Bissau mais valable pour la majeure partie de l'Afrique de l'Ouest et le fait don aux gouvernements, partis et associations intéressés par une intervention qui utilise des outils avancés pour lutter contre le besoin et créer en même temps des résultats en en termes d’économie et de développement avec un faible investissement public.
